The world’s first C-shaped, hands-free, liquid silicone product was invented by Rocks Off director Ian Marshall. Ian teamed up with his good friend Gary Elliott and created Rocks Off as we know and love it today. Subsequently, we were joined by Sandra Elliott, who ingrained our philosophy of vibrant, positive toys for pleasure.
